We are located in Southern Illinois, and are the leading provider of real estate valuations. Robert Daun, the owner of Tri-State Appraisals, holds an Illinois Certified General Appraiser license. With over 18 years of experience in the appraisal industry serving many Southern Illinois counties. We have a proven track record of producing quality appraisals. It is our intention to maintain approximately 5-7 business days or less turnaround time on typical single-family appraisals, dependent upon making contact with the homeowner for a site viewing appointment and the availability of good comparable sales. For faster delivery, we send out our reports electronically in PDF format. Typically, single-family full appraisals can be completed from $365 to $500 depending on the county and scope of the assignment. We maintain current and historical data from MLS, public records, and previous appraisal files in order to have access to the best available market data.
